Monthly Events

Sensory Friendly Playdate

The 4th Friday of the month from 5 PM-6:30PM the museum has special hours for children on the autism spectrum or sensory sensitivities. This is a free event. There will be sensory bins, communication boards, and a low light calming space.

Out and About

We love bringing a little magic of the museum to children and families at local community events and other special places. We started as a Museum Without Walls and enjoy revisiting those origins.

Here are some upcoming places you'll see us:

Windsor Fall Fest October 1st

Yearly Events

Touch a Truck

Near the begining of September we host a huge event with all sorts of vehicles and outdoor fun. This event is free.

Witches Ride

Make a difference and have fun doing it. Ride through the streets of Windsor Heights on your brooms….or rather bikes, in witch or themed costumes. You can ride as an individual or form a coven as you create magic and have a flying good time tossing candy! The parade ends near Colby Park which leads into Windsor Heights Fall Fest.

Giggle Gala

Our yearly not too fancy adult only party to raise funds to help support the museum. It is full of laughs and fun with a stand-up comedian, games, and music. Usually happens late February early March.

Summer Camps

1/2 day summer camps are amazing for children who love the museum. Check out the Summer Camp page for all the details on the different types and weeks they are offered for the current year.
