Looking for local artists to help us make our new location beautiful!
Call For Artists
The Des Moines Children's Museum is seeking local artists to help transform our new facility through murals, installations, and other creative elements that inspire imagination, learning, and play. We are currently accepting applications for artwork on the upper level of the new building.
Installations will take place in the fall of 2026 through early 2027.
There will be a second call for artists for projects on the lower level and any remaining projects on the upper level in early fall.
Application deadline is Monday, July 27th
